Peter Clottey The Inter-Religious Council of Uganda (IRCU) plans to hold a presidential debate on January 15, ahead of next year’s presidential, legislative and local elections. It would be the first presidential debate with all eight participating candidates. It is the only debate scheduled and is expected to last three hours.
